We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Careers Adviser to join our team at Chestnut Grove Academy in Wandsworth. As a Careers Adviser, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to students in making informed career choices
- Develop and deliver careers education programs to students
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to careers education
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of careers education programs
We offer a comprehensive professional development program through the Wandle Learning Partnership, enabling staff to progress professionally. We also promote workload reduction strategies, diversity, inclusion, and equality, staff autonomy, and a Support Staff Council to ensure the needs of our support staff are heard and met.
