Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Advisor to join our team at our Central London pop-up store. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales through your product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide informative and creative solutions to customers' design needs
  • Build rapport with customers and deliver a sterling service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar sales environment, with a strong focus on customer service and product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for design and furniture
  • Able to work on a part-time basis, with a fixed-term contract
