About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Specialist to join our team at DB Schenker. As a key member of our export operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and proactive delivery of export services to our valued customers and overseas partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and action generic email boxes and respond in a timely manner.
  • Arrange collection from vendors and utilize ProCarS/Tango to produce shipping documentation.
  • Prepare export entries in accordance with UK HMRC flights and job file invoicing.
  • Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly.
  • Support sales and CSM with customer visits and ensure customer invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Pass all rates received to the Team Leader for loading into ProCarS for auto rating.
  • Support the Team Leader with management and development of staff and arranging workloads.

Requirements

  • Strong background in airfreight logistics.
  • Expertise in planning, organizing, and executing export & import operations.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to satisfaction.
  • Skilled in teamwork and team building.
  • Flexible and effective communicator.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
