We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our exceptional team at Wayman Learning Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging MFL lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Support and motivate students to reach their language learning goals.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with the latest in language education.
- Promote cultural understanding and appreciation through the curriculum.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Modern Foreign Languages, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience teaching MFL at secondary level is desirable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for languages and commitment to enhancing student success.
