About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Controller to join our team at Pernod Ricard. As a Process Controller, you will be responsible for processing new and mature spirit to meet business spirit quality and operational goals and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bulk spirit to meet company safety, spirit quality and operational requirements, using various PC based systems to manage bulk movements of spirit.
  • Operate reverse Osmosis Plant and carry out analysis of water and perform fault finding analysis to optimise plant performance.
  • Perform basic mechanical and electrical routine maintenance tasks and discuss operational capabilities with Planning.
  • Actively contribute towards continuously improving processes and develop professional working relationships with internal and external customers to meet their requirements.
  • Demonstrate competency in performing Safety Critical Tasks and contribute towards a positive safety culture.
  • Ensure HMRC compliance by adhering to company policies and procedures and take ownership for site effluent compliance.
  • Ensure contractors working on site are doing so in a safe & responsible manner as per work instructions or permit to work.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, with experience in the use of calibration of laboratory equipment and an understanding of performance requirements, spirit quality requirements and On Time in Full (OTIF).

You will be able to work proactively as part of a self-managed team and have a pragmatic, insightful approach to problem solving and continuous improvement techniques.

You will also be able to develop skills in operating Personal Computer and PLC based systems to control, monitor, maintain, communicate and report on production operations to the required standard.

You will have a Full driving licence and be able to undertake business travel as required.
