Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Norbrook Laboratories Limited. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with in-house requirements, cGMP, and legal regulations.
  • Review and complete associated GMP documentation, including batch release records.
  • Report and handle finished products that fail to meet quality standards, including quarantine, re-inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Assist in the training and re-training of vial inspectors and other quality personnel.
  • Travel between sites to perform duties as required.
Requirements:
  • GCSE level or equivalent with passes in English and Maths Grade A-C.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP and cGDP requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload to meet department targets.
  • Effective communication skills across inter-departmental levels.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, including AQL inspections.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
