IT Support Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our business users, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

About the Role

In this role, you will be working closely with our Service Desk team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. You will be the first point of contact for our business users, providing timely and effective support to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to business users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues using various tools and software
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk team to resolve complex issues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Document and track issues using our service management system
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of service management principles and practices
