About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vaccination Specialist to join our dynamic team in delivering a safe and effective vaccination service to patients across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer vaccinations to patients aged 6 months and above, following national protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and address patient concerns.
  • Prepare and mix vaccines as required.
  • Provide informed consent and ensure patient safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve vaccination programme goals.
  • Participate in mandatory training and professional development.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or Registered Paramedic, Physiotherapist, or Pharmacist.
  • Good up-to-date clinical knowledge, including immunisation schedules.
  • Experience in administering vaccinations and immunisations.
  • Basic Life Support and anaphylaxis training (desirable).
  • Full clean driving licence and ability to travel locally (desirable).
