Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Play Leader to join our team at Talbot Primary School. As a Play Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our Before and After School provision, working closely with our team to plan and deliver high-quality play and care activities for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering play and care activities that promote children's learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure daily site checks and the safety of our children, staff, and site visitors
  • Evaluate and provide input with the team to ensure the quality of our provision
  • Support the development of children's abilities through play-based activities
  • Hold a GCSE grade C+ equivalent or NVQ qualification

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic and creative individual with experience working with young children
  • Ability to work as part of a team to ensure the safety and well-being of our children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate and provide input with the team to ensure the quality of our provision
