About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at Pavilion Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement a Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with our clients to identify and address technological needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cloud-Native Architecture: Lead the adoption of cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures, ensuring our clients stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Integration and Scalability: Utilize your expertise in architecture and integration patterns to design robust, scalable solutions.
  • Business Alignment: Work closely with business leaders to understand and address current and future needs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in the insurance sector, particularly within the Lloyd's market.
  • Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in at least one cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Architecture Knowledge: Strong knowledge of architecture and integration patterns.
  • Cloud-Native Expertise: Excellent understanding of cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
