This role is pivotal in assessing patient needs and implementing effective strategies to achieve their health objectives. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and reviewing both functional and psychological rehabilitation for individuals and groups.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Specialist, your main duties will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique requirements.
- Developing and reviewing personalized care plans in collaboration with the patient's general practitioner.
- Delivering safe, effective, and respectful care in accordance with established best practices and national standards.
- Providing expert advice and treatment options to patients, ensuring adherence to national guidelines.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes physiotherapists, nurses, and wellbeing practitioners, all committed to a biopsychosocial approach to managing chronic pain. Your role will involve both in-person and remote consultations across various locations, ensuring comprehensive support for our patients.
