About the Role:

QA is seeking a Digital Support Apprentice to join their team in Inverness. As a Digital Support Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Log accurate information regarding customer interactions
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate to the correct team
  • Verify customer identities and review video footage of ANPR cameras
  • Determine whether a contravention has taken place and negotiate payment plans
