We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at CCP. You will work in a fast-paced and target-driven sales environment, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer outcomes that meet the Consumer Duty standards.
- Maximize the potential of every lead received and overcome objections.
- Conduct comprehensive questioning with each client to ensure the correct product is presented.
- Maintain a high standard of compliance and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of business and work towards achieving targets set by the line manager.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Utilize calling technology to reach a minimum of 4 hours of call time per day.
- Represent the business in a polite and respectful manner.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 with OTE of £45,000 in year one.
- 22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days with length of service.
- A 9-day fortnight with a 3-day weekend every other week.
- A self-promotion scheme and incentive competitions, including the Premier Club.
- A pension scheme and death in service benefit.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to build rapport effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Experience of influencing and persuading to successfully handle objectives.
- Proven ability to fact-find in detail to ensure customer needs are fully established and met.
- Demonstrable success in closing sales while adhering to a sales process.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic IT ability and sales processes knowledge.
