ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Sales Support Specialist at Carwow, you will play a vital role in facilitating our sales and customer support operations. Your contributions will ensure that our customers enjoy a smooth and rewarding experience when selling their vehicles, while also assisting our dealers in efficiently sourcing inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various communication channels, providing them with the necessary information and support throughout their vehicle selling journey.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to assist with administrative tasks and streamline processes.
  • Documentation Management: Review service history documents submitted by sellers, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Dealer Support: Respond to dealer inquiries, updating internal systems and forwarding requests to relevant departments.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including confirming vehicle collections and ensuring accurate photo tagging for listings.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and sales metrics.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Provide assistance to other areas of the business as required.
