Account Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Planner to join our Planning Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for calling residents to book appointments and planning operatives' diaries.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and respond to situations quickly and effectively
- Make decisive decisions based on objective assessments
- Manage multiple processes simultaneously to share best practices
- Provide supporting information on operative performance levels
- Monitor and maintain PDA control allocation and daily work volumes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Good IT knowledge and IT literacy
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Great customer service skills and telephone manner
- Knowledge of Direct Scheduling System and construction industry
