Quality Technician Job Description

ATL Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our Quality Control department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the inspection and testing of all fuel cells, contributing to the continuous improvement of the department, and working closely with the Quality team to deliver high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pressure tests and inspections on ATL products, as well as goods in inspection, reporting any issues found to a Quality Engineer or Quality Supervisor.
  • Inspect and pressure test machined, fabricated, electrical, and composite parts, reporting any issues found.
  • Support buddy checks within the Engineering Workshop, Moulding & Final Assembly departments as required.
  • Conduct derivative testing on raw material samples as required following detailed work instructions.
  • Work with the Quality team to deliver continual improvement across the department.
Requirements:
  • One year of relevant professional experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Pass in GCSE English & Maths as a minimum.
  • Qualification in an engineering discipline would be advantageous for this position.
  • Experience using basic & electronic metrology equipment.
