Job Title: HVAC Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team at City Facilities Management. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive HVAC maintenance across various sites, ensuring that all maintenance is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out PPM and reactive HVAC maintenance across small, medium, and large sites.
  • First line in all maintenance throughout allocated sites.
  • Respond promptly to service call requests from the helpdesk and assess the requirements of the job, carrying out repairs as needed.
  • Complete maintenance to the highest standards efficiently and cost-effectively, complying with the company Health and Safety Policy.
  • Carry out minor alterations and installations within technical competence in accordance with current specifications.
  • Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the HVAC Supervisor of findings.
  • Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management.
  • Attend training courses as necessary to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical developments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Commercial Gas/Heating Engineer with experience across multi-sites on the service and maintenance of heating systems.
  • NVQ Level 3 – Commercial and Industrial Gas, Building Services/Heat & Ventilation.
  • City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category.
  • Full/clean UK driving license.
