We are seeking a highly skilled Research Insights Manager to join our team at Paramount Global. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions across our International Brands.
Key Responsibilities- Interrogate all available research sources to provide internal and external partners with data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
- Track the performance of key competitor channels and brands.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on brand performance to all departments.
- Support the Insights Director in managing and delivering qualitative insight.
- Manage primary research projects from concept to delivery.
- Work closely with the Pay forecasting and finance team to provide up-to-date insights and analysis.
- Proactively provide insights and adapt delivery based on partner needs.
- Collaborate with International counterparts and teams to align strategy.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge and curiosity about television and film, and a passion for media.
- High level of numeracy.
- Hard-working and inquisitive mind.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Disciplined approach to ensuring projects and requests are completed accurately.
- Previous viewer insight and/or research analysis experience, with a genuine interest in people and a curiosity for understanding TV viewing.
- Proven knowledge of BARB & Techedge, media analysis tools, and techniques.
- Experience of VOD/non-linear insight and online reporting.
- Experience of online measurement.
- Experience of survey design.
- Ability to produce high-quality written materials and deliver strong written and verbal presentations.
- Previous experience in a Media company/Broadcaster.
