As a Nurse Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are addressed.
  • Mentoring and guiding the care team, offering both formal and informal educational sessions.
  • Conducting assessments and creating, implementing, and reviewing personalized care plans.
  • Monitoring work environments and practices to guarantee safety and compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Leading and managing the unit alongside clinical responsibilities.
  • Providing clinical direction to the care team and ensuring best practices are consistently upheld.
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, offering compassion, support, and care.
