About the Role
The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced senior Orthotist to join our large clinical team. As an Orthotist Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients requiring orthotics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the education of graduate Orthotists, apprentice Orthotists, undergraduate students, as well as more formal teaching and lecture presentations to other departments and professional groups outside of Orthotics.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the individual needs of patients.
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide expert advice on orthotics services.
Requirements
- HCPC registration is essential.
- BAPO membership is desirable.
- A full driving license is required.
