About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Orthotist to join our clinical team at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality orthotics care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical orthotics care to patients, including assessment, prescription, and fitting of orthotics devices.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist in the education and training of graduate Orthotists, apprentice Orthotists, and undergraduate students.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration and membership of BAPO are essential.
  • 5 years of clinical experience in orthotics is required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
