**Key Responsibilities**
- **Staff Supervision**: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- **Inventory Control**: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- **Receiving and Dispatch**: Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- **Warehouse Layout**: Design and implement an efficient warehouse layout to optimize storage and workflow.
- **Order Fulfilment**: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, meeting customer expectations.
- **Regulatory & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- **Facilities Management**: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities, including safety and preventative maintenance.
- **Incident Reporting**: Investigate and report on incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and corrective action.
- **Risk Assessments**: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
**Requirements**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar warehouse and facilities environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute daily operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet KPIs.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
