Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute robust marketing plans to drive brand growth and market share in the rheumatology space.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and industry partners.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Innovative Solutions: Champion innovative marketing solutions that leverage digital and data-driven approaches to enhance engagement and impact.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for rheumatology, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a strong background in rheumatology or a related therapeutic area.
- Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies. Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
