We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker in Kensington and Chelsea. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship services to clients, including conversation, reading, and watching TV
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team

Requirements:

  • DBS Check
  • References
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings
