KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary liaison for website and merchandising initiatives, possessing a thorough understanding of the digital strategy and business goals. Ensure that the website is represented accurately with clear communication across all reporting levels.
  • Exhibit strong presentation skills, utilizing a data-driven approach. Participate in broader E-commerce stakeholder meetings as a representative of the E-commerce team.
  • Oversee daily operations and task management within the Merchandise team. Prioritize and schedule all new, ongoing, and existing website tasks as directed by the Head of E-commerce.
  • Manage updates to the E-commerce Merchandise Key events calendar in accordance with the Merchandise schedule. Track approved studio leave requests and maintain records of employee overtime and time off in lieu.
  • Ensure that all online merchandising assets and data are executed effectively. Delegate tasks within the Merchandise team to guarantee smooth allocation, assignment, asset management, and project timelines are met.
  • Proactively address and resolve significant developments impacting the team and operations. Communicate all relevant updates regarding E-commerce projects and key calendar activities to the Head of E-commerce.
  • Stay informed about all aspects of merchandising, including content management and supply chain monitoring. Accurately track inbound delivery notifications and address discrepancies or delays with logistics teams.
  • Capable of independently managing key tasks, including SAP & OMS data and inventory oversight, SFCC catalog management, and website configuration for comprehensive reporting.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of trade reporting and analysis, with the ability to evaluate both external and internal commercial factors influencing global business trends. Manage monthly and annual sales reports, providing detailed analysis on key metrics such as site performance, conversion rates, and sales across digital channels.
  • Provide real-time reporting on sales and margin performance, analyzing successes and challenges to deliver actionable trading insights. Utilize forecasting tools to continuously compare actual performance against plans and predict trade relative to seasonal patterns.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance online traffic through refined tactics. Conduct regular site audits to identify and report issues to IT and web development partners with clear criteria. Drive projects aimed at improving the online shopping experience, focusing on customer experience, user experience, search functionality, and checkout optimization.
  • Foster strong relationships with Buying and Commercial teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall trading strategy, ensuring early visibility into purchases to optimize the online product selection and enhance studio production through shared delivery schedules.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS

  • Over 5 years of experience in E-commerce within B2C trading and digital content teams.
  • Proven expertise in optimizing e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing Conversion Rate (CVR) and Average Order Value (AOV).
  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) principles.
  • Familiarity with demand generation and optimizing inbound website traffic.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Understanding of staging environments and basic HTML coding; web design experience is a plus.
  • Experience with web-based analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Proficient in PC applications – Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager, and Order Management.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and numerical skills; confident in using Excel and Microsoft Suite for data management.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, able to identify critical issues and opportunities.
