We're seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented individual to join our Invoice to Cash team.
As a key member of our Shared Services team, you'll be responsible for:
- Collecting customer payments through regular communication and record-keeping.
- Posting and allocating customer receipts, maintaining accurate records, and escalating disputed debts.
- Verifying account discrepancies, resolving collections, and corresponding with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading regular statement reviews, performing month-end activities, and contributing to the management of AR relationships.
- Assisting in the training and development of other staff, adhering to process and account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and making recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in accounts receivable, finance systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong sense of integrity, ability to work in a time-pressured environment, and flexibility to work shifts.
- Accounting qualification desirable.
