Job Overview

Senior Manager Clinical Operations

Pharma Partners Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Clinical Operations to lead the clinical study team activities for assigned clinical studies. This includes the successful execution and delivery of PII and/or PIII focused clinical projects at study level by meeting company and regulatory requirements.

This role requires 2 days on-site per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical study team and develop a detailed project plan for assigned studies
  • Assist with vendor selection, oversight, and monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines
  • Perform site and vendor visits as required
  • Develop study management plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Relevant scientific bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrable experience in clinical operations and sponsor-side clinical project management
  • Management of outsource global clinical studies
  • Experience in Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills
