About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our management team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote High Standards of Quality: Ensure that our nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and maintains a high level of quality in all aspects of childcare and education.
  • Support and Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to playroom staff with their day-to-day duties, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Deploy Staff Effectively: Allocate staff members to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement Keycarer Procedures: Ensure the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately, promoting a sense of belonging and security for our children.
  • Provide Professional Feedback: Offer relevant and constructive feedback to parents and carers about their child's progress and development, promoting a collaborative approach to childcare and education.
  • Promote the Nursery: Develop and maintain positive relationships with current parents and potential customers, promoting the nursery and its values to the wider community.
  • Develop Open Relationships: Foster open and positive working relationships with staff members, promoting a sense of teamwork and collaboration.
