About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our management team at Grandir UK's Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve the overall quality of the nursery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursery setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, staff, and parents.
