About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Mash'd Hospitality Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an E-Commerce or FMCG environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience with paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
