Job Title: School Research Grant Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a School Research Grant Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to support research grant administration and research-related objectives in the Faculty of History and the Faculty of Law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial and administrative support to academic, research, and administrative staff to enable effective and efficient grant management.
  • Create and circulate accessible information about grant opportunities and support the development of grant applications.
  • Work collaboratively with Principal Investigators and project support staff to ensure timely and accurate research grant applications.
  • Be an excellent communicator and team player with a flexible approach.
  • Possess high-level organization and prioritization skills to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
About the Role:

This is a 1.0 FTE role based at a combination of the Faculty of History, Faculty of Law, the Humanities and Social Sciences School Office, and remotely. The successful applicant will join a team of experienced research grant personnel working collaboratively across the School of the Humanities and Social Sciences.
