Pharmacy Manager Opportunity at Appoint Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing an exemplary pharmacy service, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines, and providing leadership to the pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pharmacy services in accordance with current legislation and professional standards
  • Lead the pharmacy team, motivating and managing staff to achieve high-quality patient care
  • Ensure the safe and effective use of medicines, including advising on medication management and quality improvement projects
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 5 years' experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate and manage staff
  • Clinical diploma desirable
