Position: Office Administrator

Salary: £25,000 – 27,000 + annual bonus

Location: Wetherby – occasional travel to sites required

Work Arrangement: Office-based with potential for 1 day working from home

Lucy Walker Recruitment is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to become part of a vibrant and expanding team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including report generation, data compilation, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, and training organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive administrative support
  • Arranging meetings and managing event bookings
  • Preparing for meetings, including creating PowerPoint presentations, taking minutes, and drafting agendas
  • Overseeing and scheduling training sessions for the team
  • Document creation and typing tasks
  • Updating spreadsheets and compiling reports for management discussions
  • Collaborating with the accounts department

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude
  • Possession of a full driving license is mandatory
