Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining our online presence and supporting cross-channel marketing campaigns for the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the internal team to maintain, create and update website content, ensuring that blogs, testimonials, logos, service pages, and figures are accurate and current.
  • Research and update new grants on the websites, including Innovate UK and regional funding opportunities.
  • Maintain and execute a content calendar for consistent blog updates across websites.
  • Manage blog updates across all sites, coordinating with internal teams for content.
  • Scheduling content for social media posts and monitoring engagement.
  • Assist in digital PR efforts by contacting relevant publications and organisations.
  • Create and manage localised email campaigns for the UK, Ireland and France.
  • Regularly clean and update email lists to maintain quality contacts.
  • Test and maintain the functionality of website calculators.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to help execute marketing tasks for the company.
  • Gather and manage client reviews and testimonials to improve online reputation.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar Marketing role.
  • Proficient with CMS platforms, email marketing tools and social media management.
  • Strong research, analysis and data entry skills.
