About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Courseware and Media Quality Controller to join our team at Raytheon UK. As a key member of our Requirements Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our defence systems approach to training (DSAT) documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a well-defined quality management process to ensure consistent and complete courseware and media (C&M) development.
  • Support the piloting of C&M to test and improve its effectiveness.
  • Monitor the quality of C&M developed by our Courseware and Media Service (CMS) and ensure it meets the required standards.
  • Champion and foster a culture of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Perform any other duties required to complete the T31 Training Service.
Requirements
  • Experience in the development and delivery of training or materials within a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of UK Ministry of Defence procedures and policies, including Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
