This innovative and fast-paced environment demands enthusiastic and forward-thinking professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
In this role, you will be expected to provide support to both acutely and chronically ill patients, showcasing your ability to maintain high standards of care. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be offered to all successful candidates, equipping you with the necessary skills in both diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopy procedures, as well as pre, peri, and post-operative care.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Support Nurse, you will play a vital role in our high-demand service, requiring a commitment to excellence in patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team to provide exceptional care for patients undergoing various endoscopic procedures.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to think critically and prioritize effectively.
- Receiving specialized training in Endoscopy skills, enabling you to assist in both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Supporting patients through their journey within the service, including areas such as Upper and Lower Gastrointestinal services, as well as Respiratory and Surgical specialties.
- Participating in an out-of-hours acute On-Call Service as required.
