Position Overview:

SF Recruitment is seeking an Office Administrator for a temporary role. This position is focused on delivering administrative assistance and overseeing data management within a healthcare or service-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide non-clinical guidance.
  • Input, maintain, and oversee data management systems.
  • Coordinate assessments, arrange meetings, and manage schedules.
  • Process invoices, oversee office supplies, and manage correspondence.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, particularly concerning confidentiality and data protection.
  • Assist in training new staff and support ongoing professional development.

This role demands flexibility, initiative, and a dedication to enhancing departmental efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:
A-Levels or NVQ Level 3.

Experience:
Background in administrative roles, customer service, and familiarity with computerized data systems.

Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Compensation: £11.44 per hour.
