Senior Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Planner to join our Engineering Department. As a Senior Planner, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to develop project Work Breakdown Structures and Cost Breakdown Structures. Your responsibilities will include creating planning outputs and reports, managing vessel schedules, assisting with resource planning, and updating project schedules. Your role is vital in ensuring timely completion and quality of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Assist with the development of project budgets and cost estimates
  • Manage and maintain project documentation and records
  • Provide planning and coordination support to project teams

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in Primavera (P3/P6) or similar project management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
