Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Supervisor to join our Subsea team in Aberdeen, responsible for coordinating and supporting various project activities, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints, and facilitating information flow between departments and external parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project team activities to complete projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
  • Provide project updates to Senior Management as required.
  • Oversee project support activities, resolve disputes, and develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Actively pursue continuous improvement of departmental processes to drive efficiencies and directly or indirectly supervise project personnel.
  • Liaise with team members, internal/external parties to ensure effective communication and task completion as per plan and budget.
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures, and processes to maintain the highest ethical standards and minimize exposure to liability or risk to Expro's reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes, and systems, and take an active part in quality improvement processes.
  • Ensure employees adhere to and comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and processes, and provide leadership in HSE.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a related environment.
  • APM Project Management qualification or desire to achieve this within the role.
  • Leadership experience.
