Programmatic Account Director - Digital Media Agency - Competitive Salary

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Account Director to join our expanding team at Sphere Digital Recruitment. As a Programmatic Account Director, you will be responsible for planning and strategizing programmatic campaigns for our top clients, overseeing programmatic activation, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, and maintaining relationships with our biggest clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute programmatic campaigns that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong understanding of DV360.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
