**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver autonomous advanced clinical practice
* Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support
* Facilitate ongoing education, training, and development
* Ensure appropriate escalation and timely management of critically ill patients
* Provide a service that improves recognition and response to deteriorating patients on the wards

Our sites include St George's Hospital, one of 11 major trauma centres in the UK and the largest healthcare provider and major teaching hospital in the area; St Helier Hospital, home to the South West Thames Renal and Transplantation Unit and Queen Mary's Hospital for Children; and Epsom Hospital, home to the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre (SWLEOC).

**Person Specification:**

* Registered Nurse
* MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
* Relevant Acute Care Course
* Non-Medical Independent Prescribing for Healthcare Professionals

**Skills:**

* Advanced independent clinical assessment and clinical decision-making skills
* Advanced Critical Thinking Skills
* ALS Provider
* Clinical Expert in management of critically ill/deteriorating patients

**Salary:**

£59,490 to £66,239 a year per annum inclusive of HCAS.
