Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales function, ensuring seamless communication between Account Managers and Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quotation Management: Produce accurate and efficient quotations for prospective clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and update the pipeline of opportunities, ensuring all opportunities are followed up and progressed, accurately reflecting the current position on the CRM system.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide additional contacts with key client relationships and sales teams to ensure no opportunities are missed and any requirements are fed back to the targeted account managers.
  • Business Proposal Management: Secure and collate any required information to ensure business proposals are complete and all information included.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business operations and sales principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
