Finance Business Partner - A Key Role in Our Client's Success

Our client, a renowned international brand, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join their team in a newly created role. As a key member of the finance team, you will work closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide in-depth analysis of financial data and performance.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in helping the business drive improvement strategies, prepare business cases to enhance investment returns, and analyze margins on existing and new business opportunities. Your expertise will be essential in identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing lean manufacturing techniques to optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of operational KPIs and responsibility for tracking performance against cost reduction saving plans
  • Providing monthly commentary on production variances to budget and their impact on EBITDA
  • Assisting with preparation of operational budgets and half-year forecasts
  • Providing accurate, insightful, and timely information to support key project decisions and efficiency savings from the supply chain
  • Coordinating and facilitating the budgeting process for the UK factory and farm in Spain, with regular meetings to discuss performance against targets
  • Working closely with the Supply Chain team to develop lean manufacturing techniques and a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified or QBE
  • Fluent Spanish speaker, able to conduct meetings and calls in Spanish
  • Prior commercial finance or business partnering experience
  • Experience with standard cost modeling is helpful but not essential
The Package:
  • Salary up to £65,000
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 office days per week
