Asset Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Consultant to join our team in the North West and Yorkshire region. As an Asset Management Consultant, you will apply your knowledge and skills to support the delivery of client projects, focusing on transport, water, and energy infrastructure.
Our team works with major infrastructure operators, delivering high-profile projects that require in-depth asset management expertise. You will leverage your skills to resolve problems and recommend solutions on projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to identify and address challenges.
We are looking for individuals with a foundation of technical knowledge who are passionate about asset management and eager to grow with our team. As an Asset Management Consultant, you will help deliver projects by providing strategic and operational advice to asset owners, drawing on experts from across Arup and the supply chain partners as needed.
You will be responsible for technical delivery on asset management-focused projects, supporting project commercial success by demonstrating good commercial discipline and delivering work within set expectations. You will apply your asset management knowledge to make recommendations to address client challenges and recommend solutions on projects.
Another exciting aspect of this role is the opportunity to contribute to thought pieces, develop marketing materials, and tools to explain the asset management services offer by Arup. You will also get the opportunity to support the project manager prepare proposals, developing client relationships and building internal and external networks.

Requirements:
- BSc in a relevant subject or relevant work experience in asset management.
- Capability of processing and analysing data to identify issues/trends and develop solutions.
- Project management and delivery skills including financial and risk management.
- A background in transport, water, and/or energy infrastructure asset management, preferably within a consulting role.
