Job Overview

Antony James Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to join their team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives, training, developing, and upskilling them as needed. You will also be responsible for holding one-to-one meetings and performance management, while fostering relationships within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Business Development Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies, working closely with senior leadership to drive business growth.
  • Assess personal and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve sales performance.
  • Research prospects within the defined marketplace, cold calling, and business developing to introduce complex SaaS Automotive Technology solutions to clients with commercial fleets of vehicles.
  • Maintain and develop new customer relationships, with the aim of booking meetings with prospects who have a large fleet of vehicles.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in telesales or internal sales.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior professionals.
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, able to overcome objections and drive sales growth.
  • Experience with complex SaaS products/solutions and a proven ability to generate business through cold prospecting.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £40,000, with an OTE of between £55,000 and £60,000, depending on individual and team performance. A range of benefits and perks, including opportunities for career growth and development.
