About the Role
The Regenda Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Sound Check program as the Head of Sound Check Operations. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can drive the program's success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sound Check delivery partnership team to ensure the successful implementation of the program.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including The Learning Foundry and Future Yard CIC.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the program's operating model, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage the program's budget and resources, ensuring effective use of funds and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the program team to identify and address areas for improvement, driving continuous growth and development.
- Ensure the program's quality and compliance with regulatory requirements, including OFSTED Education Inspection Framework.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
- Drive business growth and development, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams within the education and skills sector.
- Strong understanding of funding compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent partnership skills, with experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive growth and development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS check.
