About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a robust and people-focused HR service to our staff and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing employee relations support and guidance to staff and management
  • Managing absence and leave effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to the business
  • Assisting managers with HR queries and providing advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Handling recruitment administration, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
  • Overseeing onboarding and payroll administration, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
About You

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services. You will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with staff and management at all levels.

Previous experience in an HR generalist role, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and payroll administration, is essential. You will also have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to provide guidance and support to staff and management on HR-related matters.

What We Offer
