Operational Excellence Consultant

The construction sector is undergoing significant transformation, and Willmott Dixon is at the forefront of redefining construction methodologies and enhancing operational efficiencies. We are seeking an Operational Excellence Consultant to join our London & East construction division. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote, office, and site-based responsibilities. Ideally, we are looking for candidates located in the northern home counties, as our projects span various sectors within north London, the northern home counties, and East Anglia.

The Operational Excellence Consultant will play a pivotal role in assisting our teams with collaborative planning and production routines, driving performance enhancements, and streamlining processes through Lean methodologies. This role is particularly engaging as it involves diverse teams across on-site, preconstruction, and design phases. Our team is also dedicated to fostering innovation and thought leadership by challenging conventional industry practices. The ideal candidate will possess a mindset that questions the status quo and seeks continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

The primary objectives of this role include:
