Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Castle School Education Trust. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide first-class HR support and guidance to our Headteachers and senior management across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR guidance and support to senior management and Headteachers
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the Trust's goals and objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar management role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, conflict management, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Discretion, professionalism, and compassion when handling sensitive employee relations issues
