About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our client, a successful and progressive print company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading a team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of 10 sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  2. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales development strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Account Management: Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
  4. Candidate Requirements: The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the print industry, with a proven track record of sales success and team leadership.

  1. Results-Oriented Approach: A competitive sales approach with a focus on achieving results.
  2. Natural Leadership: A natural leader who inspires and motivates the team to achieve their best.
  3. Commercial Awareness: A commercially aware and financially astute individual with a strong understanding of the print industry.
